A complete Telecom Audit Project involves a lot of interaction with the Carriers. A Helpdesk can be set up in our India Center with a US contact incoming/outgoing number.
The activities to be performed can be scoped out with mutual agreement with the Client.
We can perform the following activities.

  • Calling Carriers to obtain information
  • Calling Carriers to Terminate certain circuits
  • Manage the complete database of Circuits / Lines
  • Managing the Project using various Project Management Software’s
  • Preparing Gantt Charts, Timesheets etc
  • Preparing Documentation for the Project
  • Handling Incoming Calls from the Carrier Call Center
